Our park is designed to be a calm, comfortable place to relax and unwind. To help everyone enjoy their stay, we kindly ask guests to follow these simple guidelines.
Arrival & your stay
- Please check in at reception upon arrival
- Accommodation fees are to be finalised at check-in
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless a later departure has been arranged
- Overnight visitors must be registered with reception
- Guests are responsible for their visitors at all times
- One vehicle is permitted per site; additional vehicles may use visitor parking
Day visitors
- All visitors are required to check in at reception before entering the park
- Visitor parking must be used at all times
- Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM – 9:45 PM
- Vehicles staying during the day must be moved to visitor parking by 10:00 AM
- Pool access is reserved for registered guests only
Pets
- Pets are not permitted in cabins. A $200 cleaning fee applies if this policy is breached
- Pets must be supervised at all times
- Please do not leave pets unattended
- Kindly clean up after your pet
- Pets are not permitted near shared facilities
Getting around
- Please observe the 10 km/h speed limit throughout the park
- Follow all directional signage for the safety and comfort of guests
Shared facilities
- Laundry facilities are available for guest use. Please do not wash clothing in sinks or bathrooms
- Please leave shared spaces clean and tidy after use
- Remove laundry promptly once cycles are complete
- Laundry supplies are available at reception
- Pet bedding is not permitted in washing machines
- Please clean BBQs, kitchen areas, and appliances after use
- Use designated clotheslines only
- Fire drums are permitted with prior approval
Waste & recycling
- General waste bins are provided throughout the park
- Recycling facilities are available for cans, paper, and glass
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside cabins. A $200 cleaning fee applies if this policy is breached
- Please observe all no-smoking signage throughout the park
A peaceful stay
- Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM
- Please be considerate of fellow guests and neighbouring sites
- Children must be supervised in shared areas
- Please use all appliances and facilities with care
- Any fire setup requires prior approval
- Kindly switch off heating and cooling when not in use
